The town of Scarborough, Maine, is conducting a coastal flood risk vulnerability assessment to evaluate current and future exposure to flooding due to coastal storm surge and sea level rise. This presentation will outline methodology for assessing high-level coastal flood risk, including the prioritization of vulnerable roadways and the development of community engagement strategies and deliverables. The session will highlight key findings, planning tools, and approaches used to support informed decision-making and long-term coastal resilience.
