The Suffolk Downs Redevelopment is one of the largest and most ambitious projects currently underway in Massachusetts, transforming the historic 161-acre former racetrack site into a mixed-use neighborhood spanning East Boston and Revere. The completed development will include approximately 16.2 million square feet of residential, commercial, retail, entertainment, and public space.

Construction is actively progressing across multiple portions of the site, including the Portico residential development, infrastructure and utility improvements, new public spaces, and The Amp, Suffolk Downs' outdoor amphitheater and entertainment venue.

During this presentation and site tour, attendees will hear directly from the project team about the planning, engineering, and construction challenges associated with redeveloping a site of this scale while maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent projects.

All attendees must wear proper PPE consisting of a hard hat, safety vest, eye protection, and boots.
