Rising at the intersection of Huntington Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue, Lyra Tower is a 34-story mixed-use residential tower that is redefining Boston’s Avenue of the Arts. The project combines more than 400 residential units with retail, cultural, and amenity spaces while enhancing the historic Huntington Theatre adjacent to the site.
This presentation and tour will highlight the engineering and construction challenges associated with building a high-rise tower on a constrained urban site directly adjacent to a historic landmark and active MBTA infrastructure.
